URBANLIFE has given me: Self Dignity & Worth - Opportunity to be a Mentor - Spiritual Stability - Confidence - Knowledge that my Voice Matters - A Family that Loves Me - The Ability to See my Self Worth - This video shows the impact of how URBANLIFE has inspired so many Oakland youth and encourages us as mentors to continue to Care for, Educate and Develop young emerging leaders.

Welcome to the Hope Center. West Oaklands Teen and Community focused mentoring space that helps Care for, Educate and Develop Oaklands youth, families and young adults that will inspire the world. URBANLIFE Mentors creates caring structures of safety, trust and respect within a nurturing environment.

The center is conveniently located across the street from the Campbell Village and by the West Oakland Bart Station. On 8th and Campbell in the lower bottoms neighborhood, is where you can find Hope. We resource our local teens with mentors that come alongside as a support in education, life and in faith.

During the week at the center, we provide food, fun and a safe place for students to gain wisdom and create life giving relationships. We nurture leadership development through community and family engagement, social action, education supports, artistic expression, sports and holistic faith formation.

For current hours: You can find us on google. Also, look in the events section of our website for upcoming events .
